Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bowl Ceremony 🌿 Join us for a grounding yoga flow designed for all levels to release tension and reconnect with your body. Followed by the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and calming sounds help you release tension, quiet your mind, and set intentions for the lunar cycle ahead. ✨ Move. Breathe. Release. Renew. ✨ Bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and anything that helps you feel cozy. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.
